TICKETS GOING QUICKLY FOR FIRST-PLACE HOMESTAND

The first-place Indians return to Progressive Field on Monday, July 4 to host the Tigers and Yankees. The Indians have won 11 straight games – the longest winning streak since 1982 – and look to build on their six-game lead in the AL Central. Tickets for July 4 and weekend games vs. New York are selling very quickly; fans are encouraged to purchase quickly.

INDIANS HONOR AND THANK MILITARY WITH TICKET DISCOUNT

Earlier in the season, the Cleveland Indians introduced a special ticket discount for the military and their families. With the new discount, military and their families will be able to save up to 20% on tickets to select games.

COREY KLUBER FINALIST FOR 2016 BOB FELLER ACT OF VALOR AWARD

The Cleveland Indians are honored to nominate Corey Kluber for the 2016 Bob Feller Act of Valor Award. After winning the 2014 AL Cy Young Award, he has continued to excel as the ace of the pitching staff, while expanding his personal commitment to positively impact veterans and youth in the Cleveland community.

The Bob Feller Act of Valor Award, through the unique connection of baseball and the United States Navy, honors a current Major League Baseball player, a United States Navy Chief Petty Officer, and a Hall of Fame member who embody the same principles and high achievement of Bob Feller.

Lindor Smile Squad:  Each homestand the Indians host a Miracle League family to provide a memorable experience at Progressive Field. Indians shortstop Francisco Lindor is the ambassador for this program – during batting practice he will sign autographs and visit with guests

Kluber’s Kids: This new program, presented by Cleveland Clinic Children’s, hosts a Cleveland Clinic Children’s patient and their family every homestand. Guests have a pregame experience that includes watching batting practice and meeting Corey Kluber.

Ceremonial First Pitch: Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland Youth of the Year scholarship winner Zayllianny Mojica will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland are one of three beneficiaries of Cleveland Indians Charities.

A Tribe player also will participate in a Q&A with kids on the Family Deck at 11:45AM; this Q&A happens each Sunday home game at Progressive Field.

Kids Run the Bases presented by Cleveland Clinic Children’s: Young Tribe fans will have the opportunity to run the bases like their favorite players after the game! All kids (12 & under) can stay immediately after the game to take part.
