Guide to using Ballpark App’s “How Can We Assist” function while at Indians games at Progressive Field

In order to bring Indians fans the best possible experience at Progressive Field, the Indians have added a new, quick and easy way to contact fan assistance before, during and after your visit to the ballpark. “How Can We Assist” is now implemented into MLB.com Ballpark App and helps you get answers with the touch of a button.

Step One: Download and open MLB.com Ballpark app to its homepage

Step Two: Scroll down until you see the “How Can We Assist?” function, and click

Step Three: You will then open up this menu that shows all available questions. Note – if you scroll down there are more questions from which to choose.

Step Four: Select what question you need help with. Select next in the bottom right-hand corner.

Step Five: Select the drop-down menu and what section or area that you may be in. Select next in the bottom right-hand corner. This is so that we can send someone out to help if your question is necessary. Note: You do not have to select your location if you don’t want to.

Step Six: After your question and location is gathered, you then have the option to add any additional comments. These comments will go directly to an Indians Fan Services rep and will further assist us in solving your problem. Select next in the bottom right-hand corner.

Step Seven: After selecting next, you will then have a chat window open up that has your exact answer of your original question. Here, you can add comments and ask more questions to an Indians Fan Services rep. Select close once done.
