Baseball Heritage Museum presents: Big Leaguer for a Night at Heritage Park

When: Friday, July 31, 2015 – 5 PM to 9 PM
Cleveland’s Baseball Heritage Museum is hosting a unique event at Cleveland’s historic League Park. The event includes batting practice and fielding on the newly restored baseball diamond where many greats such as Babe Ruth, Bob Feller and Cy Young have played. This is your chance to take some swings, make some plays and enjoy an evening of fun-filled baseball.
The event includes on field batting practice and fielding, along with a tour of League Park and the Baseball Heritage Museum. Participants are invited to bring their families, take pictures and come dressed in their favorite baseball attire to show off your skills on the new all turf baseball surface.
The event is capped at 50 people, and registration is $50 each.
Please note City of Cleveland Field Restrictions:
- No metal spikes. This includes metal tipped spikes used for soccer. Rubber Molded, Turf Shoes or Tennis Shoes allowed. Shoes will be checked before entering the field.
- Food and beverage allowed in the Park…but no food on the playing surface
- No gum or seeds on the playing surface
