Trevor Bauer designs T-shirts to benefit Lone Survivor Foundation
So, Trevor Bauer is rolling again; in his last three starts, he’s 2-0 with a 1.21 ERA and 21 strikeouts.
He’s also passionate about helping others, and is doing so through a T-shirt design intended to help veterans and the Lone Survivor Foundation. From MLB.com:
Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer teamed up with Kyle Mauch, CEO of a company called Athletes Brand, to help design T-shirts for a good cause.
The shirts, which read “Last 1 Standing,” were inspired by the story of former Navy SEAL Marcus Lutrell, who received a Purple Heart from his actions in a 2005 ambush by Taliban fighters during Operation Red Wings.
Tribe teammates also have been wearing the shirts to raise awareness of the shirt and proceeds benefiting Lone Survivor Foundation.
