Keep tabs on young Tribe players in Arizona Fall League play

Francisco Lindor is hitting .250 through eight games in the Arizona Fall League, which continues through Nov. 13 in the Phoenix area and features some of the game’s top prospects in competition against each other.

Lindor, who started with a four-hit game in his team’s (Peoria Javelinas) opener, is 9-for-36 with five runs and five RBI.

Other Tribe farmhands participating are right fielder Jordan Smith, catcher Tony Wolters, and pitchers Nick Maronde, Grant Sides, Louis Head and Dylan Baker. Sides has pitched 4.1 innings in relief and struck out six without allowing a hit.
