This is excellent!!!!!!!! You are being appreciative and responsive to
your to your customer’s (fan’s) needs. I live about 500. miles away in
Richmond, VA and I was not there on May 31st, but this is great customer
relations!!!!!

This is my 50th year of rooting for the Tribe. I already made 1 trip there
this year (vs. White Sox in cold April) and hope to make another before
the year is out. I had a great experience and everyone was very friendly
and accommodating. (And the Tribe won both games!!!)

Thank you for all you do!!!!!!

GO TRIBE!!!!

Thank you! We love our Cleveland Indians!! Go Tribe!

My husband had taken our 8 year old baseball junkie to the 5/31 game – they waited it out until 10:30ish – THANK YOU so much for letting them have another chance for a great evening watching the Tribe! Very classy!
